Telangana Set To Be 'Amazon' and Micromax's Biggest Hub

Amazon and Micromax are on a shopping spree in Telangana state! After setting up its largest Indian fulfilment centre (FC) in the state, Amazon, the global e-commerce giant is now planning its second FC in Telangana. The good news is that the proposed FC will be larger than the existing one, Telangana IT and panchayat raj minister KT Rama Rao said on the sidelines of the inauguration of Amazon's biggest FC in Kothur, Mahbubnagar district.

The minister also said that during his Seattle visit last month, he had invited Amazon's web services team to evaluate options of setting up its data centre in the state.
